This 60-minute Dance Fitness class cycles between ab-blasting core exercises, strength-boosting mobility, and fun, approachable choreography designed to get your heart pumping. This class is perfect for anyone who loves to break it down like Just Dance and pump it up like Chris Evans before Captain America. Movers ages 16+ of all skill levels and dance experience levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little sweatier.

Broadway Jazz lets you tell a story with style. In this Broadway Jazz class, men and women dancers aged 16+ are invited to sharpen jazz technique and develop character portrayal and storytelling skills. Learn choreography in this 90-minute workshop-style class. This class is available to dancers of all skill levels. 

Appropriate footwear: fitness sneakers, dance sneakers, jazz shoes, or character shoes. Please reserve all dance shoes and sneakers for indoor use only.

This open hour is exclusively for current MO students to come stretch, work on a newly learned skill, and ask questions. There is no “formal” class structure during this open studio time but rather just a studio space for you with instructors present. This hour is offered free of charge for currently enrolled students.

Adults deserve challenging ballet, too!

This 90-minute intermediate/advanced ballet class is designed to stretch experienced dancers technically and artistically. Taught primarily using the Vaganova method, this class is a chance for 16+ dancers with ballet experience to work hard and wake up sore the next morning. 

Appropriate Footwear: ballet flats or dance socks. Dancers en pointe may be permitted to take part of class en pointe at the teacher’s discretion. Please reserve all dance shoes and sneakers for indoor use only.
