SESSIONS REFUND POLICY

All payments and class registrations made to Mosaic Academy of Performing Arts are final. Should you not be able to attend a session/class, please notify us up to 48 hours in advance of the start time and date of the beginning of the event. By notifying a Mosaic admin through official Mosaic channels (phone + email), you may be eligible for an equivalent credit towards the next session offered. The replacement session must be approved 48 hours prior to the requested session by a Mosaic Admin. Do not attend a class without prior approval.

In the case of a no-show without prior notice, no credits or refunds will be given.

Credits will expire at the end of each calendar year. They do not roll over. When you let us know you’re going to miss a session, we will reply and ask you to decide which make-up option you would like to use. If a Mosaic Admin does not confirm that they received your notice or you do not reply, we will not follow up more than once and your credit will expire.

This refund policy applies ONLY to Mosaic Sessions and is not applicable to standard enrolled classes or drop-ins. Standard offered Mosaic classes follow the Missed Class Policy.

Mosaic Academy of Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events as necessary. In such cases, we will notify you via the contact information provided at the time of reservation. In case of Session or class cancellation by Mosaic Admins, we will refund the cost of your class (minus any discounts and credits that were applied) to your original payment method.

Mosaic is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all. To uphold these standards, Mosaic administration and instructors reserve the right to:

Refuse or discontinue enrollment if:

  • at the time of registration, if it is determined that a student is not a good fit for the program or community.

  • after enrollment, if a student displays repeated disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior.

  • if a student poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

  • if a student fails to comply with studio policies or agreements.

  • if it becomes clear that the program is not an appropriate fit for the student’s needs or goals.

Remove a student from class if:

  • if behavior disrupts instruction or negatively impacts the learning experience of others.

  • if behavior compromises safety for themselves or other students.

  • if there is repeated disregard for instructor directions or studio policies.

Students who are dismissed may be asked to leave the studio immediately. If applicable, parents/guardians will be notified, and continued enrollment will be reviewed by Mosaic administration. Re-entry into classes is at the sole discretion of the Mosaic administration.

We don’t make these decisions lightly—our priority is always to support dancers and their growth. However, when behavior or circumstances interfere with the well-being of the community, Mosaic reserves the right to protect the integrity and safety of the space.
