Sweat away your seasonal stress while groovin’ to top hits and Christmas jams in our Dance Cardio class. In this class, we’ll raise our heart rates with easy to learn, follow-along-able steps and movements. If you love you some Just Dance, Wii Fit (millennials where you at?), and/or dancing around in your living room to Shakira, you need this class. Dance cardio is for all skill levels and ages 16+.
Appropriate footwear: Sneakers reserved for indoor use only.
