Cycle between ab-blasting core exercises, strength-boosting mobility, and fun, approachable choreography designed to get your heart pumping all set to the sounds of the eighties. This class is perfect for anyone who loves to break it down like Just Dance and pump it up like Chris Evans before Captain America. Movers ages 16+ of all skill levels and dance experience levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little sweatier.
