Hip-Hop is all about developing confidence, musicality, and having a good time. Work through high-energy choreography while building groove, performance quality, rhythm, and dynamic movement. Along the way, explore the culture and roots of the movement, and the artists and communities that shaped it. Understanding where movement comes from makes us stronger, more thoughtful dancers.
Whether you're brand-new or you've been dancing for years, you'll be pushed at your level and celebrated every step of the way in this 90-minute Open Level Hip-Hop class. Come ready to sweat, hype up the people around you, and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and just a little cooler than when you walked in.
