Adults deserve challenging ballet, too!
This 90-minute intermediate/advanced ballet class is designed for dancers craving a full, in-depth ballet class. Rooted in the Vaganova method, this class is designed to challenge dancers both technically and artistically, following a traditional class structure including barre, center, and across the floor.
Please keep in mind, this class is for intermediate to advanced dancers. To allow room for curiosity within movement, ballet technique basics and classroom etiquette should come as second nature. Posture, alignment, positions, terminology, and strength are foundational in this class level and will not be taught but rather reviewed (and improved upon) when necessary.
Mosaic’s Int/Adv classes are a space for communicating not the how but the why of movement. Growth will look different for every dancer in this class and that’s the fun part. We’ll move together, refine together, stretch our limitations together, and build confidence in making creative choices. This is not a space for competition; it's a space to be challenged to grow from where you are as a dancer.
Appropriate Footwear: ballet flats or dance socks. Dancers en pointe may be permitted to take part of class en pointe at the teacher’s discretion. Please reserve all dance shoes and sneakers for indoor use only.
NOTE: Multiple class discount auto-applies at checkout.
A Few IMPORTANT Details-
Discounts are not able to be shared between fam bams. Discounts cannot be shared and are only eligible for individual registrants.
