Cycle between ab-blasting core exercises, strength-boosting mobility, and fun, approachable choreography designed to get your heart pumping all while jiving to the radical tunes of the 70’s.
This class is perfect for anyone who loves to break it down like Just Dance and pump it up like Chris Evans before Captain America. Movers ages 16+ of all skill levels and dance experience levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little sweatier.
Appropriate footwear: Sneakers reserved for indoor use only.
