In this One-Hit Wonder themed Dance Fitness class, cycle between ab-blasting core exercises, strength-boosting mobility, and fun, approachable choreography designed to get your heart pumping. Get your sweat and swole on, learn fun, approachable choreography, and leave the class feeling like “U Can’t Touch This”.
This class is perfect for anyone who loves to break it down like Just Dance and pump it up like Chris Evans before Captain America. Movers ages 18+ of all skill levels and dance experience levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little sweatier.
