“Everybody, cut footloose!” Broadway Jazz lets you tell a story with style. This Footloose-themed workshop-style Broadway Jazz class will let dancers shake it and sharpen jazz technique while developing character portrayal skills. Move like Kevin Bacon as you learn movement sequences that build towards Footloose-inspired choreography. This 90-minute open level class is available to men and women dancers aged 18+ of all skill levels. It’ll be all the fun of Footloose with none of the judgy townspeople.
Open level classes at Mosaic are for dancers from all levels of expertise and experience. Never taken a dance class before? Awesome. See you there! Taught dance for 20 years? This is a space for you. Come be a student and be reminded what it’s like to dance with no strings attached. Beginner-Pro-Teacher, let’s get together and have a blast. We all have something to teach each other. We want to meet you where you are and challenge you to grow from there.
Appropriate footwear: fitness sneakers, dance sneakers, jazz shoes, or character shoes. Please reserve all dance shoes and sneakers for indoor use only.
